Delivery FAQ
Standard Delivery
Your order will be delivered to you within 2-4 days.
Delivery cost $8 per location no matter how many orders. The delivery cost is higher because the CNY Goodies are more delicate and require higher cost delivery. Gather orders to save on delivery. Order for your friends, family and neighbors to get free delivery.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is for orders above $88.88. Delivery time is 2-4 days.
Note:
Delivery price stated is only for main island of the Republic of Singapore.
EXCLUDING: Other off-shore islands, Airports and Army Camps.
Specific Timeslot Delivery
If you require delivery at specific timing please contact us for the pricing, depending on the distance, it starts from $5.99.
Our timeslots are 9-12pm, 1-4pm, 4-7pm and 7-10pm.
Please provide us with your postal code and we will let you know the delivery cost.
Red Packets
We are giving away 100 sets of red packets to the first 100 pax who purchase 4 or more bottles of CNY cookies, goodies and snacks. While stock last!
Do You Have A Shop?
Our shop is at 53 Chin Swee Road, but it is not open for tasting due to the current COVID situation. Please rest assured that we will deliver to your location in good condition, otherwise, contact us and we will replace it!
How to check my orders?
You can go to Menu>Your Order>My account page and login to see your orders.
In your account you will be able to see and manage your Orders, Addresses, Payment methods and Account details.
Corporate/Bulk Discount
